Data Entry Features

Throughout IntelliCred for Windows, there are drop-down lookup tables, drop-down calendars for date fields, and built-in validation rules to assure quick and accurate data entry.

IntelliCred for Windows collects more than 700 data elements categorized into 30 different screens. You can customize specific data entry screens and organize them to follow your credentialing application, making data entry faster and more efficient.

Action Items

Action Items are the detailed collection of tasks to be performed for all or for a selected group of providers in your system. Using simple drill-down capabilities, you can view and act on detailed Action Items individually or in Batch Mode.

Action Items are displayed by activity type, facility, user, or for all credentialing activities to help you better manage your workload. From the Action Items screen you can:

  • View the status of the verification process in graphical or detail format.
  • View expiring credentials and appointments in graphical or detail format.
  • Print letters individually, by type, or all at once.
  • Post verification results received from primary sources.
  • Automatically re-generate letters for verifications for which no response was received.
  • Export data required for NPDB queries.
  • Batch process OIG queries.
  • View lists and act on verification calls to be made.
  • Generate web verification inquiry lists and access automated hyperlinks to the appropriate web sites.
  • Filter and sort open items for batch verification processing.
