Lynne O'Connor

Lynne is the Director of Operations at IntelliSoft Group. She is a veteran of twenty years in the healthcare industry. Her experience includes working with healthcare executive teams, as well as medical staff leadership in a wide range of settings that include small community hospitals, large multi-specialty group practice settings and, large acute care hospitals. At IntelliSoft, Lynne oversees a professional services team that is customer focused and dedicated to the delivery of services that exceeds the expectations of IntelliSoft customers.

 

 

Robert Goemans

Robert is the Project Manager at IntelliSoft Group. Robert brings over 12 years of experience in Information Technology, including five years with the Project Management Office at Best Buy Corporation.

He brings a high level of technical expertise working with software and databases as well as a strong focus on customer satisfaction to the professional services team at IntelliSoft, where he is responsible for ensuring the smooth completion of all new customer implementations, as well as all special customer projects such as data conversions and custom integration solutions.

 

 

Christina Giles

Christina W. Giles, CPMSM, MS is the principal in Medical Staff Solutions, and also one of the founding partners of Edge-U-Cate, LLC. Ms. Giles has over 30 years experience in all types of healthcare organizations, working with various organizational structures and accrediting agencies. She serves as an advisor to multiple medical staff publications, and is a co-author and editor to The Medical Staff Services Handbook: Fundamentals and Beyond and co-author of Health Care Credentialing: A Guide to Practical Innovations. She has presented nationally on multiple topics such as accreditation preparation, credentialing, privileging and medical staff office management.

 

 

Donna Goestenkors

Donna Goestenkors is the President of Team Med Global. She has over 35 years of healthcare experience and uses her knowledge to consult MSPs and other healthcare professionals. Goestenkors is absolutely passionate about the medical staff services industry and helping her colleagues prepare and participate the industries expanding service lines and growing diversity. Both of these she feels, translate into greater opportunities
