POSITION: Technical Support Representative, Full-Time
LOCATION: Nashua, NH
DESCRIPTION:
As the Technical Support Department is the most common contact the customer will have with ISG, the Support team is the face of the company. The Technical Support Rep is responsible for providing internal and external customers assistance with problems, questions, installations, updates, and program functionality. This role also has responsibility for program functionality in the sense of communicating customer feedback to development.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides technical support via phone, email, and web conferences including identification\clarification of the issues, troubleshooting issues, reproducing issues as necessary, tracking tickets and following up.
- Escalation of issues as appropriate Continuous contributions to the Knowledgebase
- Ongoing project work including Product Testing, Report Writing, Data conversions, Web Crawlers, Development, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Support Experience with software products.
- PC skills with Windows 2000 through Windows 7.
- Strong customer facing skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFFERED)
- Good Understanding of relational databases.
- Skill with SQL queries
- Healthcare experience

POSITION: Credentialing Specialist
LOCATION: Nashua, NH
Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
- Compile confidential data to assist clients in the enrollment of providers with health care plans. Position requires extensive, direct interaction with health plans, government agencies and clients.
- Process, review and maintain all provider and facility credentialing and re-credentialing files and make decisions regarding the workflow of credentialing files.
- Enter and update provider and facility data in the credentialing database while adhering to input standards.
- Processes complete initial and recredentialing applications within the expected timeframes.
- Perform primary source verification in accordance with client needs and applicable industry standards.
- Assure the confidentiality and integrity of all aspects of the credentialing program and process.
- Perform a variety of essential administrative functions for all aspects of the enrollment, credentialing, and health plan follow up processes.
- Must be able to interpret and communicate sensitive information in a timely manner and understand current state and federal regulatory requirements as they pertain to enrollment functions.
- Maintain complete, organized and accurate provider files.
- Compile and accurately maintain information and supporting documents for you client's health plan enrollment solutions.
Required skills and background:
- • Direct and recent working experience dealing with healthcare credentialing in a hospital, CVO or other setting where adherence to policy and other regulatory standards are essential.
- Solid working knowledge of credentialing software applications and/or other relational databases like Access.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Understands the importance of customer follow up and attention to detail.
- Must be highly organized and able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
