Most of the credentialing systems on the market today put all their emphasis on tracking the primary source verification process.  IntelliSoft Group understands that during the initial and reappointment application process there is an array of tasks that need to be tracked and completed.

How It Works

Customizable workflow steps

IntelliSoft Group understands that each healthcare organization has their own set of steps that happen during the initial and reappointment application processes.  With the IntelliFlow workflow administration painter you can determine the steps that are required and modify them if there is a change in your process.

Automatic Action Item creation and tracking

Track who, what when where!  When an initial or reappointment process is triggered the system will automatically create the appropriate action item (ticklers) that are associated with the workflow you created.  The system tracks whom the task was completed by, when they completed the task, how long it took to complete the task and the result of the task.

Application Routing

Route the application to a specific person(s) or department(s) depending on workflow status.  Example.  Start with routing the application to department heads for initial approval.  Once approved, route to the hospital administrator and then the medical staff office.  You have complete control over who gets what and when.

Online workflow dashboard

Users login online and view what tasks have been routed to them for completion.  The dashboard is where workflow steps are reported and acted on.  The data that is viewed and the actions that can be completed are all driven by how you setup your workflow administration painter.  The dashboard is designed to be completely flexible and easy to use.

Automatic email notifications

IntelliFlow allows for the creation of automated email messages.  Some examples of messages are:

• Notifications to the appropriate person(s) as tasks are completed.
• Email reminders to users who have not logged on but have tasks to complete.
• Follow email messages to physicians if they have outstanding application issues.
