How it Works
First, you collect and record data for each physician/provider.
Then, you scan the required blank application forms, and - with IntelliApp for Windows - you link the collected data fields to the appropriate application fields. Linking is essentially the process of teaching or training the software to put data in the right place. Once linking has been established for a given application, you select any provider record (or group of provider records) and populate the data onto that application form. The application tracking feature allows the user to manage the activities associated with the provider enrollment process.
The result is that you have created an accurate application in a fraction of the time normally required. In addition, the physician has the peace of mind that accurate and complete data is provided to the credentialing organization, speeding up the credentialing process, and eliminating bottlenecks that occur from incorrect or missing information.
Used in conjunction with the IntelliSoft Groups Imaging Module, you can easily create entire provider packets using scanned images of primary source documentation such as licensure, DEAs insurance certificates and photographs.
