In addition to saving time in the data entry process, you can customize screens for each facility or department that requires access to the data, assuring a higher level of data security and easier information accessibility.

Meetings/Rosters

With the Meeting Scheduler, you can schedule an unlimited number of credentialing committee meetings. You maintain reusable roster lists for regular department and other recurring meetings. You can print attendance lists for meeting sign in, and you can post, track, and report on them.

Reporting and Analysis

IntelliCred for Windows contains more than 75 standard reports to provide data analysis, lists/rosters, practitioner/provider summaries and detailed information, and practitioner/provider verification results details. The flexible Provider Profile report is the optimum tool for transferring credentialing results and information to the credentialing committee. You can expand the reporting capabilities of IntelliCred by adding our IntelliReport ad-hoc report writer. Because IntelliCred for Windows is OBDC compliant, it also works with many other report writer software applications so you use the application that is right for your needs.

Security and Roles

Security and Roles expands on the IntelliCred for Windows core security. Here, the Administrator sets up individual role assignments to each user, and these roles determine which menus, options, screens, buttons, and fields each user can access.
