How IntelliCred Works

Practitioner Folder

IntelliCred practitioner profile

  • The Practitioner Folder is your doorway to the credentialing process. From this single screen you can:
  • Control data entry.
  • Perform audits.
  • Process letter printing.
  • View and act on verification Action Items.
  • Check on the status of any Action.
  • Create Profiles.
  • View History.

Application Audit

The Application Audit is your conscience and reminder when collecting data and documents for provider credentialing and re-credentialing. You define a list of required data and documents necessary for initial and reappointment applications, and you can track multiple sets of document requirements.

When required data is missing, you can generate a Request for Missing Information via letter, fax, or phone call. The system logs and tracks each attempt made to collect information, and a built-in analysis report displays missing data and documents by provider.

Data Entry Features

Throughout IntelliCred Windows | Web, there are drop-down lookup tables, drop-down calendars for date fields, and built-in validation rules to assure quick and accurate data entry.

IntelliCred Windows | Web collects more than 700 data elements categorized into 30 different screens. You can customize specific data entry screens and organize them to follow your credentialing application, making data entry faster and more efficient.

Action Items

Action Items are the detailed collection of tasks to be performed for all or for a selected group of providers in your system. Using simple drill-down capabilities, you can view and act on detailed Action Items individually or in Batch Mode.
