On occasion, IntelliCred and IntelliApp customers find they are faced with unique or challenging situations that generate hard to answer questions. Sometimes there is a need for the kind of technical or professional assistance that exceeds the scope of normal technical support. You may need to import new data into the current database; you may need to export data from IntelliCred or IntelliApp in order to feed an external program; you may have more complicated, custom reporting needs, etc. When these situations are recognized by your organization, by our customer service team, or by our technical support team, they will be escalated to IntelliSoft Group's professional services team. This group of customer-focused individuals includes project management, product training and product consultation. A member of this team will work directly with you to gain a clear understanding of the details related to your needs. With you, our team will define the scope of the project using your specifications, create a customized project plan to detail the tasks needing to be accomplished, obtain your approval of the proposed plan and work with you to reach the desired outcome in the program.
