Medical Staff and Provider Management

Each Practitioner Folder is your convenient, central location for managing practitioner data and for performing all credentialing tasks. This includes entering and maintaining practitioner data, auditing to ensure that all required practitioner documents are present, managing the practitioner's appointment status at one or multiple facilities, processing, tracking and completing verifications, generating and printing practitioner profiles, scanning and storing practitioner credentialing documents, entering and managing core privileges, and tracking meeting attendance.

Work Flow Management

Be sure that your credentialing will be completed within the critical guidelines established by JCAHO and NCQA. Numerous date entry fields exist within the Practitioner Folder that help you track the practitioner's appointment from the day you mailed the application to the day your verifications are completed. Workflow reports are included in the system.

Interfaces with outside verifications such as NPDB and OIG

This allows automated batch processing of the National Practitioners Data Bank (NPDB) verifications and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) verifications. IntelliCred Windows | Web automatically sends NPDB/OIG queries and automatically retrieves the query results and stores them electronically in your database. IntelliCred Windows | Web supports both single practitioner and multi-practitioner processing for optimized flexibility.

Capture Practitioner Quality Data

Now you have a system that allows you to integrate Practitioner Quality Data along with Practitioner Credentialing Data. Whether you choose to use one of IntelliCred's Standard Custom Screens or create a Custom Screen of your own, your IntelliCred Windows | Web System will allow you to capture a wide variety of practitioner data.

Multi-Level Security

If multiple users will have access to your IntelliCred Windows | Web system, you will want to maintain the security of both your system administration and your practitioner data. The Role Painter and the User Painter give you the ability to define access rights (or permissions) to the Modules and Functions within your IntelliCred Windows | Web system. You have the power to create multiple Roles and multiple Users. When you assign Users into the appropriate Role, you are managing the security of your system.
