Security

The IntelliCred Web View Security Features allow you to assign a user name and password to an individual practitioner or to a user having privileges to view multiple practitioners. Access levels can also be set for each user, from read-only to full read-write access. You can build upon the security by using the IntelliCred for Windows Screen and View Painters to determine the screens and fields you want displayed on the credentialing data screens. In addition, IntelliCred Web View uses 128-bit encryption technology to ensure that only those who have appropriate access will see your credentialing data.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the home page of the IntelliCred Web View
module and displays pertinent information regarding the
credentialing process.

• Shows missing credential data fields.
• Shows missing required documentation.
• Shows primary source verification status (IntelliCred).
• Shows credentialing application status (IntelliApp).
• Gives practitioners and external users online access to
  credentialing data enabling them to update their
  information online.
• Turn the display of any data on or off using the built-in
  security feature.

Credentialing Data

The Credentialing Data Tab houses all the practitioners’ credentialing data screens. A standard Windows look and feel makes it easy for your users to learn how to navigate between screens. Depending on the privileges you give users, they can view, edit or add credentialing data, saving your credentialing staff valuable time.

• View, edit or add credentialing data.
• Modify screens by using IntelliCred for Windows View and Screen Painter technology.
• Track changes using Audit Trail.
